Thanks for checking out Nibble Tours. My name is Joanna and I have lived in the Bow Valley on & off since 1995... and loved every minute of being in the mountains. I am an avid traveller and take advantage of food tours all over the world when I can. Living in Banff, I'd love to show you around our beautiful little town and introduce you to some hidden gems, local hideouts & some seriously delicious cuisine.

Met Jo on time at the meeting point & immediately liked her smiling & friendly face. We set off & tried lots of different sweet & savoury foods, some delicious, some not to my taste but that's what it's all about! I tried everything & went into different interesting establishments, she was very informative & had a good sense of humour. Enjoyed the whole experience, would highly recommend this activity.

This was a fantastic food tour! In the span of 3 hours, Joanna had arranged a total of 10 varied foods to sample including poutine, salmon, bison, elk, beer & more! Your tour may be different, as she has relationships with many locations in town. She is very personable, as well as extremely knowledgeable about the area. I’d do this tour without hesitation!

Tasting Banff with Joanna!

Joanna was an amazing tour guide! The food she selected REALLY gave us the taste of Banff! Personable, Friendly and knowledgeable about the city! We have learned that when we travel anywhere to always book a food tour! They show you the essence of a city!

Lots of fun and good food!

We had a wonderful time with Joanna. She's witty and full of information about Banff. It's obvious that she loves her town. Her choices of where to go and what to eat were excellent. I had things I had never eaten before and was glad I tried. Some were sweet and some were savory - a great mix. Lots of fun and good food.

Joanna was a phenomenal tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, fun and organized. I would recommend her to everyone! Great selections and a wonderful variety of foods that I likely wouldn't have found on my own.

It was a great tour to hear a bit about the history of the area as well as try things I wouldn’t normally order. Jo was fun and knowledgeable. She made everyone feel welcomed.

Take a Bite of Banff

Joanna provided my wife and I with a wonderfully delicious and informative tour on her Nibbles tour. She made sure we had Canadian specialties like Bison meatballs, Elk tacos, Beaver Tail pastry, Canadian Maple Syrup, fudge and Caesar. She was a delightful tour guide and we would probably go again if back in Banff.

A must do when you arrive in Banff!!!

You need to know the best spots for lunch, appetizers, dinner, drinks & dessert so take this tour! Joanna has been in the ‘industry’ her entire career & knows what makes a place special. On the tour, you experience wonderful spots in Banff that you might otherwise miss.

You’ll also learn Canada’s official dish at the tour start (I’ll let her tell you on one of the stops but you can get it at 3:00 am!) and end with the official cocktail. In between you’ll spend 3 hours tasting wonderful local fare including salmon, elk & bison. ALL VERY DELICIOUS. Plus all those tasty bites take you all around Banff, including the oldest building in town during a most pleasant stroll.

Lastly, come hungry and you’ll leave stuffed! Enjoy!
